History of human use Lead and Zinc can be traced back to the Bronze Age about3000BC, extract technology developments have only developing until modern times. Industrial modernization requires not only the capacity and quality of product, but also in energy saving, environmental protection and other aspects. Modern industrial process control is often strong coupling, nonlinear, uncertain, time-varying, large time delay and so on, is difficult to use conventional control strategies to achieve the objective.Thickener flocculation dosing control system is a typical large time delay, multivariable, nonlinear complex process control systems, very difficult to control. In this thesis, a thickener flocculation dosing control system as the research background, fuzzy control is proposed to adjust the dosage of flocculant.In this paper, large amounts of data collected to analyze the impact of slurry flow rate, concentration and dosage to underflow concentration. Middle flow concentration detection technology, combining fuzzy control theory, is used to design flocculation dosing fuzzy adaptive PID controller.The fuzzy controller uses the deviation of measured value and set value of middle flow and the rate of changes as inputs, three PID parameters ΔKp、ΔKi、ΔKd as outputs. Then use MATLAB simulink experimentally simulated. The results show that this method is feasible and effective.To solve PLC control system defects, the data can not be uploaded, lack of room for expansion and other issues, a new three-tier control network has designed. New1#and2#dehydration sub-stations is created. Profibus-DP is used to connect the various devices and sub-stations. Ethernet technology used to achieve the data. And KingView6.55is used to all the data centralized monitoring and remote management. The transformed system in operation is running well and achieved the goal.
