| Elbow erosion in gas drilling is one of the problems which plagued by the rapid development of drilling technology. Following the use of time, with regard to the long-term erosion of the wellhead elbow for accurate and efficient detection and assessment of security risks preclude is a priority of the current research in pipeline inspection.Eddy Current Array detection technology is a special eddy current testing technology, which is through a specially designed coil structure of eddy current testing and analysis by means of powerful computers, computing and data processing capabilities to achieve the materials and parts quickly and effectively detect. In this paper, based on research eddy current array theory, proposed the use of eddy current array technology to detect gas wellhead elbow erosion situation detection program.By analyzing the needs of gas wellhead elbow detection, this thesis designed a set of eddy current array detection room system which is suitable for the wellhead erosion detection elbow. The hardware part of the system mainly consists of a coil array, the signal source, power amplifiers, multi-channel analog conversion circuitry, signal conditioning modules, signal acquisition module and the PC. On the basis of experimental tests and theoretical analysis, this paper completed the design and processing of the experimental platform for defects; each of the circuit module excitation signal terminal and the detection signal terminal is optimized selection. Software platform of the system using NI graphical virtual instrument software platform Lab VIEW programming, through signal conditioning board connector implements the multi-channel acquisition to weak detection signal waveform display and real-time sensing voltage detection signal in real time on the PC.On this thesis, for trapezoidal sheet, line pipe, simulated elbow, etc. which had been for array eddy current testing laboratory experiments, by the analysis of multipath signal waveform and voltage amplitude, assessment of eddy current array detection system for detecting wellhead elbow erosion capacity. Analysis on the experimental data, the design of the eddy current array detection system can be applied to wellhead elbow erosion of qualitative detection for the future of air drilling safety detection provides the basis for experimental data. |
