This paper which relies on national science and technology major projects regards MCH63 horizontal machining center experiment platform as the object of simulation analysis and test research.This paper completes dynamics modeling, performance analysis, test research of machine tool and optimization of key parts,it mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly according to actual object,three-dimensional simplified model of whole machine was established by surveying and mapping;According to characteristics of joint surface,modeling methods of spring-damping unit equivalent model and virtual material layer equivalent model were studied respectively.Next hypermesh and ansys were used combinely into the establishment of finite element model to analyze dynamic characteristics of machine tool;Hammering method of modal test was used to contrast modal test and simulation results,in order to verify the correctness of finite element model which involves stiffness and damp parameters of joint surface. At the same time calculation results of virtual material layer model was proved to be more accurate than spring-damping unit model.Dynamic performance of whole machine was analyzed when moving parts were in different work locations to measure best work location space;When joint surface models were established,the influence of stiffness parameter,number and layout of spring-damping unit,meshing situation and thickness of virtual material layer on simulation results were analyzed.lt provided the basis for modeling and optimization of machine tool.Finally, according to sensitivity analysis method and DOE of workbench, multi-objective optimization analysis of pillar structure was carried out; And regarded main size parameters of unit-structure as design variables,lathe bed was optimized to find optimal performance of unit-structure as reinforcement frame, in order to achieve the purpose of rapid optimization of structure.
