This paper analyzed the successful cases of infill adjustment in low permeability oilfield and clarified that the oil recovery rate and recovery efficiency can be largely enhanced in low permeability and fracture oilfield. On the basis of geology recognition of study area, injection-production performance was analyzed in the finely-divided block; development effects were evaluated; recovery was demarcated. Logging second-time interpretation model was set up according to the comparison between core physical property and electricity. Reasonable array spacing was calculated. Fine geological model of target area was set up by using Petrel software;and numerical simulation was carried out, indexes in those programs were calculated and economic indexes were analyzed. Finally we recommended injection-production array spacing is 75m; spacing between water-injection wells is 375m; spacing between oil wells is 187 m, which line well pattern was formed. Oil recovery rate increased from 1.65% to 2.2%, and recovery increased 5%-8%. According different oil prices, inferior limit of limit production and inferior limit of limit net pay thickness, so the infill area can be 28.14km2 and infill wells could be 260.Southern F block is the pilot area for infill adjustment.
