Today’s world is a high performance as the theme of the times of how to effectively access limited resources and energy is the direction of the scientists all over the world. The quantity of oil consumption accounted for the entire oilfield development 30%, has been the large energy consumption, especially in mechanical production equipment occupy most of the pumping unit is the main energy consumption.Therefore the development of a superior performance, high adaptability and obvious energy saving effect of the oil pumping machine to reduce the production cost and increase the economic benefits of the oilfield has a positive impact. Research status of oil pumping machine at this stage of the analysis in this paper,aiming at the shortage of other types of non walking beam type oil pumping machine, put forward a new design scheme, design and development application of differential speed reversing technology model of differential reversing non beam pumping unit, in order to achieve energy saving, high efficiency.Differential reversing non beam pumping unit can be distinguished from other non beam pumping unit, lies in the change in different ways, using the method of pure mechanical commutation, the application of spur gear differential and two sets of hydraulic brake system,relying on the two PLC electronic controlled hydraulic caliper disc brake axle respectively.The two differential rotation direction to change the output shaft of the roller, does not change the direction of rotation of the motor can be achieved on the pumping unit stroke, conversion,but also improve the stroke length, reduce stroke.This paper based on the field, the research of oil pumping machine parameters, formulate the overall design scheme of travel speed reversing of the pumping unit, sucker machine drive system and the structure of a comprehensive design, and through the finite element analysis and optimization design of key parts, the design can meet the requirements of strength and stability.The non beam pumping unit virtual prototype simulation analysis of differential reversing type 10, compared with the conventional beam pumping unit dynamics simulation results show that under the same production conditions, lower peak torque of differential reversing non beam pumping unit, energy saving effect is more obvious, but also improves the output mode motor power curve, effectively reduce the motor does negative work,prolong the service life of the motor.Finally, field test of pumping unit is developed to complete the processing and assembly,oil pump running test in the maximum stroke and stroke under the design load of loading step by step, the test data show that the oil pumping machine 4 test points are able to meet the requirements of design and operating conditions.
