| The safe operation of gas pipelines have a significant impact on the healthy development of our economic security, but because oil and natural gas is flammable toxic, once the pipeline accident, prone to fire and explosion, poisoning, pollution and other malignant consequences for the national economy and personal safety of the people will cause serious injury and damage. So the gas pipeline risk assessment and the consequences of failure simulation have important guiding significance for the maintenance of the integrity of the pipeline to ensure safe operation of pipelines.In this paper, based on the gas pipeline risk assessment the engineering problems as the background, comprehensive use theoretical analysis, proven, analysis and simulation methods,and based on the pipeline risk score, to carry out long-distance pipeline risk assessment methods and the consequences of failure simulation. Firstly, as the index factor of the pipeline risk score raising and lowering the risk can not be reflected in its corresponding weight values in the actual evaluation process, propose entropy theory and factor sensitivity analysis combined weight analysis method, so that the weight of each factor weights can be dynamically allocated according to the actual situation; Secondly, for the score at the time of the pipeline risk assessment for pipeline failure factors induce some fuzziness factors often poorly handled or direct negligible, resulting in risk evaluation is not precise enough good shows real risk pipeline the status of this issue, establish the model of fuzzy index comprehensive method, exact quantization fuzzy factors, and use the original scoring method and an improved scoring on a pipeline in service risk assessment, through practical application show that the proposed method is feasible and accurate. Finally, simulation pipeline leak fire consequences by the FDS, research the fire flame combustion process status, ambient temperature, heat radiation changes. The results have the important guiding significance of predicting the potential fire hazard area of gas pipelines and implementing the security measures and emergency rescue measures. |
