Modern stamping requires high efficiency and high precision, then, the demand for stamping equipment is higher and higher. So, researches related to high-speed press increasing widely. This paper chooses the design of the principle of the new high-speed press as the breakthrough point, focusing on research to the problem of the dynamic balance and vibration response of the press.The paper proposed a new type of high-speed press machine, its deputy slider is connected to the main slider through linkages not connected to the crankshaft, and driven by the main slider block.Kinematics modeling analysis was carried out on the principle mechanism of the new high-speed press. Then, we make main and deputy slider pressure angle as the objective functions and the fuselage components dimensions and mounting dimensions as constraint condition to optimize the kinematics parameters of high-speed press machine. With so, we got the optimized kinematic parameters of the high-speed press machine,.Based on the optimized kinematic parameters, establish the dynamics equation of the mechanism of new high-speed press, and solve the force of the components. Then, design the related structural parameters of the press. Furthermore, design the dynamic balancing of crankshaft itself.The new high-speed press mechanism with only one degree of freedom is simplified to an equivalent mechanical model, establish the equation of motion, design appropriate flywheel moment of inertia, completed the adjustment of speed fluctuations.Design a buffer system on the crankshaft to reduce the bearing reaction forces between the crankshaft and press’s body. Optimize the parameters of the buffer system to complete the reaction balance design.Establishe the CAD models of each relevant part of the new press with the use of SOLIDWORKS, and use motion module for motion simulation. Then we got the kinematic parameters of the new mechanism, compared it with the results of numerical analysis.Modal analysis was carried out on the body of the press, to analysis the press body’s vibration response.Selecting four representative points on the crankshaft hole as the research objects, analyzes its vibration displacement response of various direction in no-load and load, further solving the vibration acceleration response. Analysis the results of vibration response, then study its impact on dynamic accuracy of bottom dead center.
