Fine blanking is a precise metal blanking method in the form of pure shear under the condition of three directions of compressive stress.Compared with ordinary blanking parts,Fine blanking parts have high precision in dimension and shape,good cross-section quality and surface,small warpage,good interchangeability and other characteristics.Fine blanking process is widely used in instrument,automobile,aerospace and other manufacturing fields.High speed and intelligent fine blanking press is the guarantee of improving the efficiency of fine blanking and obtaining high quality fine blanking parts.However,the research and development of high speed fine blanking press is still a blank in our country,and it is rarely reported in foreign countries because of the secret of core technology.In the process of high speed fine blanking,the slider speed and force distribution change rapidly,thus,the main drive system of high speed fine blanking press driven by double servo motors was studied in this paper,which provides theoretical guidance for the design and manufacture of the new generation fine blanking machine in our country.According to the fine blanking process requirements,this paper proposed the configuration scheme of the main drive system.The kinematic mathematical model of the main drive system was established by using the complex vector method to solve the kinematic equations of each component.Based on the kinematic analysis,the dynamic static analysis of main drive system was carried using D'Alembert principle.The torque exerted on the double cranks and the reaction forces of the motion pairs were obtained.It provided a mathematical reference for further study of the motion planning and dynamic characteristics of the main system.Flexible acceleration and deceleration function was constructed to smooth the speed of servo motors.The motion planning method of the main drive system was studied.Therefore,the general equations of high speed flexible motion of the main drive system that meet different fine blanking process conditions were obtained,which provided the motion control scheme for the main drive system.The parametric virtual prototype model of the main drive system was establish to conduct kinematic and static simulation analysis and verify the feasibility of motion plan,which provided a theoretical basis for the structural design of the main drive system.The arrangements for main drive system was determined.The structural design and 3D solid model which built by Pro/E of key parts of main drive system were completed.Finally the assembly of the main drive system was completed.The mathematical model with clearance was established using two-state model.The working load characteristic function of fine blanking was constructed.The virtual prototype model of main drive system with clearance was established by using ADAMS to compare dynamic characteristics of main drive system with and without clearance and study the influence of different speeds,loads and gaps on the dynamic characteristics of main drive system with clearance.The modal neutral file of each flexible link was obtained and a rigid-flexible coupled virtual prototyping model of the main drive system with and without clearance was established by ANSYS and ADAMS co-simulation technology.Therefore,the influence of the flexible links on the dynamic characteristics of the main drive system was analyzed.
