All electric injection molding machine has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, environmental protection, speed control range is wide, the advantages of good response and so on, has become the development trend of the injection molding machine industry. But because of China’s injection molding machine started late, resulting in inadequate research, technology heteronomy. The performance and stability of the injection molding machine depends largely on the injection control system and accuracy.So the intelligent control scheme of the right is the key to improve the performance of the injection molding machine.Firstly, introduces the development status at home and abroad, and analyzes the all electric injection molding machine mechanical structure, electrical control and injection process, based on the working characteristics of slider crank mechanism based on injecting device.Secondly, the glue system all electric injection molding machine injection were analyzed and the law of motion of the mathematical model, further analysis and Research on the problem of injection speed. Closed loop control model is established for the control system, the slider crank injection process requirements, design the control model of current loop, velocity loop and position loop.Third, the analysis of the traditional PID control, fuzzy control and predictive control of the structure and the principle of the algorithm, the injection speed of all electric injection molding machine control system, predictive control, PID control and fuzzy control method combining fuzzy PID controller design, prediction. The predictive control part is added to the fuzzy PID control in the traditional formula, the control algorithm.Fourth, the injection speed of all electric injection molding machine control system,when there is a priori knowledge of PID application of the traditional PID control strategy;prior PID knowledge does not exist if the system, the optimal value can use the fuzzy PID control for PID, and two kinds of control methods were compared. On the basis of predictive control, the forecast fuzzy PID control, fuzzy PID control and traditional PID control, stability, fast and so do the simulation comparison. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control scheme, to predict the best stability, anti-interference ability is the strongest. Application of predictive fuzzy PID control scheme, the optimal injection curve of all electric injection molding machine for tracking, and compared with the ideal curve, the simulation results show that: the application of predictive fuzzy PID controlstrategy can follow the curve of injection well.Finally, the flow chart of PLC control design of predictive fuzzy PID control system,and carries on the scene debugging, to carry on the research of predictive fuzzy control in PID and PLC.In this paper, the fuzzy PID control is applied to the prediction of the injection speed of the all electric injection molding machine control, and the simulation of the control effect, the simulation results show that the strategy can well track the injection curve, for the future development of control system of fully electric injection molding machine basis.
