The hydraulic press has been widely used during the industry production process as press processing equipment.It is one of the products most widely used in the production of molding equipment.The hydraulic system is the core aspect which is to determine the performance,the production and reasonable using of hydraulic system could greatly improve the production efficiency,reduce costs and improve the competence of the enterprise,has the important practical significance.This article has a mainline which is “theory analysis-analog-simulation experimental research”,the profiled and punching press THP61-1250D-315 G is as a typical prototype.This article with the three chapters in turn introduced: The designing and introduction of the hydraulic system;The simulation about key of the hydraulic system and physical construction;The debugging and experimental study of the hydraulic system.This article is on the basis of the process request of customer and introduces the entire hydraulic system with analysis,plus type selection of the key element of the system.Further more,failure tree is used to analysis the complete hydraulic system and determine the parameter & principle.AMEsim is used to sets the model and does the simulation of the profiled and punching press hydraulic system.At first,it sets the model of cartridge valve based on measured data and sample data.Then,it set the model about the main oil system and pumping station.According to the actual work process action sequence,it sets the model parameters and does simulation to obtain the corresponding displacement,pressure,flow curve.The different curves obtained under different conditions based on different models of the pipeline system simulation analysis.Hydraulic system debugging process has been described in detail,the corresponding debugging methods and procedures are introduced according to the requirement to provide the basis for the study of the corresponding device of the hydraulic system.The hydraulic system is tested by advanced cleanliness detection equipment and pressure detected equipment.The press is debugged to optimum working condition based on the result comparing of the field test and simulation.
