The hydraulic pumping unit is a kind of non-beam pumping unit.Compared with the traditional beam pumping unit,it has the advantages of stepless regulation of the length of the stroke and frequency,it has small volume and the light weight.Because there is no corresponding mechanical balance mechanism at the wellhead direct connection hydraulic pumping unit,the utilization rate of energy is not high.To solve this problem,this paper proposes to achieve energy recovery and utilization by means of two-well mutual balance.The research on two-well mutual balanced hydraulic pumping unit has important engineering application value.Based on the field well condition and the motion characteristics of the hydraulic pumping unit,the theoretical analysis method is used to calculate the working load of the hydraulic pumping unit.On this basis,the design and selection of the oil pump frame and oil cylinder were designed,the specific dimensions of the related parts were determined,and the strength of the mechanical structure was checked by the finite element analysis method.Then,based on the AMEsim platform,the working oil cylinder,the electromagnetic valve,the signal control loop and the energy recovery system model are established,and the mechanical energy recovery method is determined.By analyzing the model,it can be known that the energy recovery efficiency of two-well mutual balance hydraulic pumping unit decreases with the increase of the load difference between the two wells.When the load varies from 30% to 40%,about 60% of the stroke on the sucker rod can be obtained from the recovered energy.In addition,through the study of the on-the-spot indicator diagram,it is found that the hydraulic pumping unit can be well qualified for the oil extraction operation.The indicator diagram of the hydraulic pumping unit is distinctly different from the indicator diagram of the beam pumping unit,which is related to the movement characteristics of the pumping unit.The correctness of the schematic diagram is verified by comparing the field test data with the simulation data.
