Internal heating type multistage continuous vacuum distillation furnace is an advanced equipment which is developed successfully by the Kunming University of Science and Technology in Yunnan Tin Corporation for separating Sn-Pb melting alloy, it is based on the alloy liquid in a vacuum, steam Sn, Pb pressure difference of principle of Pb and Sn separation, it has 30 years of history since it has been put into industrial production in 1979. The device that compared with electrolytic method reduces the cost and reduce the pollution to the environment, and also achieved good economic benefit.Many years of production practice shows that hoping the output of internal heating type multistage continuous vacuum distillation furnace crude tin containing Pb quantity control in about 5% and crude lead containing Sn below 1%, so that the subsequent process can further processing and meanwhile can reduce power consumption, prolong the life of the furnace vacuum furnace and improve the handling capacity. But so far the important parameter to reflect the quality of products (such as the Pb content in crude tin) still can not online measurement, it is difficult to achieve closed-loop quality control, resulting in the running status of the stove can not be stable. So that due to various problems it often has to shutdown for maintenance, which apparently seriously restricted the production efficiency.The soft sensor technology used to achieve this kind of measurement parameters of on-line prediction is an effective way and is also the hot spot of research in recent years for the problem which is difficult to quality parameters with hard instrument. The core of soft measurement is to establish the dominant variables (the variables to be measured) and its related and easy soft measurement model between the online measurement of auxiliary variables.Therefore, this paper first aims at crude tin containing Pb quantity difficult to measure online status, using multivariate linear regression and radial basis function neural network method for soft measurement, establishing a dynamic mathematical model for predicting the amount of Pb vacuum furnace containing crude tin and tests the model; secondly, the quantity of crude tin containing dynamic prediction model based on Pb has conducted the simulation research of fuzzy control, provided a feasible scheme for vacuum furnace crude tin quality control and laid a theoretical basis; finally, online monitoring of implementation of vacuum furnace crude tin quality based on Lab VIEW platform lays the foundation for the amount of crude tin containing Pb system control.
