Xinjiang “Saimaiti” apricot was used as experimental material, The effect of the different vibration time and different packages on transport quality, storage quality, ripening and softening, ultrastructure of apricot fruit. were studied by simulating in the process of transport vibration stress of apricot fruit. The effect of vibration time and packages on postharvest ripening and softening of apricot fruit was discussesed, which provided some theoretical basis for the reduce of postharvest apricot fruit vibration damage.(1)The vehicle vibration during transport at room temperature was simulated, with no vibration fruit as a control. The result showed that membrane permeability, soluble solids and MDA of apricots vibration-stressed were increased obviously, organic acid content, Vc,chlorophyll and firmness of the apricots were decreased obviously than those of the contrast.Respiratory rate, MDA, membrane permeability, ethylene production and soluble solids of the apricot fruits with foam-net packages were increased more slowly than those of the no foam-net packages. But Vc, chlorophyll, organic acid content and firmness of apricots with foam-net packages were kept at a higher level than that of the no foam-net packages. It was suggested that the quality deterioration of apricots vibration-stressed was accelerated and the bad effect of apricots with foam-net packages was reduced effectively and good quality of apricots under the same condition was maintained during the simulating transport.(2)The vehicle vibration during transport at 4℃ was simulated, the indicators of apricot fruit vibration 12 h, 24 h, 48 h at 4℃ for storage and with no vibration fruit as a control were regularly measured. The result showed that respiratory rate, membrane permeability, ethylene production, soluble solids MDA, water-soluble pectin content, PG, Cx and glucosidase activity of apricots vibration-stressed were increased obviously, organic acid content, Vc, chlorophyll, firmness and the incidence of disease of the apricots were decreased obviously. The changes on proto pectin, cellulase content, respiration rate and ethylene production were accelerated than those of the contrast. The membrane permeability, soluble solids, MDA, water-soluble pectincontent, respiratory rate, ethylene production, PG, Cx and glucosidase activity, degradation rate of proto pectin and cellulase content of the apricot fruits with foam-net packages were increased more slowly than those of the no foam-net packages. But Vc, chlorophyll, organic acid content, firmness and the incidence of disease of apricots with foam-net packages were kept at a higher level than that of the no foam-net packages. It was suggested that the quality deterioration and softening process of apricots vibration-stressed was accelerated, quality deterioration and softening process of apricots with foam-net packages was reduced more effectively than those with foam-net packages during storage.(3)The vehicle vibration during transport at 4℃ was simulated, the cell ultrastructure changes on early storage, the storage medium and late storage of apricot fruit vibration24 h, 48 h at 4℃ for storage and with no vibration fruit as a control were regularly observed by transmission electron microscopy. Initial storage, apricot fruit chloroplasts, mitochondria, vacuole, nucleus and other organelles intact structure, cell membrane intact, not broken phenomenon. From the storage medium apricot fruit cell ultrastructure change significantly, there cell deformation and disintegration of organelles, cell gap, the cell contents reduce cavities and so on. It was suggested that the cell injury of apricots vibration-stressed was accelerated, more complete cell ultrastructure of apricots with foam-net packages under the same condition was maintained than those with foam-net packages during storage.
