Because many coal-fired power plants existing filter dust removal situation cannot meet the requirements of the standard, the new standard of dust emission limits of general area is 30 mg/m~3, key areas of 20 mg/m~3, and must be completed within a certain time, dust collector to upgrade the effect transformation. Respectively, this paper discusses the status quo of the several effective retrofit scheme of feasibility analysis, comparing the several kinds of technology maturity, the effect of dust control and is widely applied, and combining the xibaipo power plant electrical precipitator efficiency modification of engineering practice, in effect for a variety of technologies are analyzed, put forward a set of practical and feasible effective retrofit scheme, and then to modify plants dust catcher. To test the modified filter dust removal effect, the final test results is reformed dust effect is good, makes carbon concentration meet the requirements of the prescribed standards for carbon.
