China's main energy is still coal,and 70% of coal is used for power generation.While the development of coal-fired power generation has brought convenience and speed to people,we should also clearly see that the impact of coal-fired power generation on the global environment on which we depend is increasingly prominent.How to better deal with the problem between sustainable development and environmental protection is an urgent problem to be solved.GB13223-2011 "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in Thermal Power Plants",since July 1,2014,all soot emissions from thermal power generation boilers are ?30mg/Nm3.Therefore,coal-fired power generation enterprises will face the development and application of new technologies and facilities for pollutant discharge.The dust removal equipment of coal-fired power plants in China has experienced various periods,and the dust removal technology has been continuously updated.Since the coal-fired power generation industry has come to the present,there is an urgent need for efficient and stable dust removal technology to adapt to changes in the climate environment.This topic will discuss the use and promotion of the electric bag composite dust collector in detail,which is also the trend of the times.This paper takes Xing'an Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.#3 furnace electric precipitator as the research object.Based on the adaptability study of electrostatic precipitator,the main technical parameters and actual operation of the original electric precipitator are analyzed in this paper.The main problems of the original dust collector in the facility system at present are studied as follows: first,the design value of the dust concentration at the outlet is high;second,the operation condition of the dust collector is poor.In view of the above two problems,the application of the electric bag composite dust collector has the following characteristics: the electric bag composite dust collector adopts the integrated layout,the electric and the bag area are reasonably over-structured and other characteristic technologies,and has a reasonable structure and a long cleaning cycle.The filter bag has long service life,long-term reliability,simple maintenance,low cost and energy saving.This article takes Xing'an Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.#3 furnace electric precipitator as an example.According to the design requirements of the project and the actual situation of the site,taking environmental protection standards and energy-saving renovation as the starting point,according to the fuel quality and environmental protection requirements of the power plant,this topic Focus on feasibility analysis and program demonstration,study the implementation conditions of the project,and put forward the implementation plan of the project construction.On this basis,the specific transformation plan and measures for the #3 furnace electric bag composite dust removal technology are proposed.The main transformation contents: First,the transformation of the ontology;second,the transformation of the matching electrical and thermal control systems.Through a series of design and transformation,not only the export smoke concentration ? 20mg/m3 is guaranteed,the environmental protection requirements are met,and the original facilities are utilized to the maximum extent,and the economy is relatively good.
