Naringenin is an anti-inflammatory or anticancer drug, it can be widely used in the fields of medicine, food etc.(R)-naringenin inhibits the proliferation of T cells more effectively, and(2S)-naringenin have a good effect on the treatment of anti-atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction. so it’s important to separate naringenin enatiomers for safe medication.There are many ways to separate chiral drugs, such as biological separation method, chemical separation method, crystallization separation method and chromatographic separation method. Among them, the chromatographic separation method has the characteristic of efficient, strong ability of separation,less environmental pollution, especially simulated moving bed chromatography,has the characteristic of solvent-saving and can achieve complete separation of low selectivity system.This paper explored the best separation conditions of naringenin, then measured the elution profiles in the linear range of naringenin enantiomers at different temperatures and got Henry constant and selectivity. Followed the overload band profiles of naringenin enantiomers on Chiralpak AD column at different temperatures was measured. Using equilibrium-dispersive model to describe the transient process of naringenin enantiomers’ adsorption and desorption on the stationary phase, a new numerical scheme that couples non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA) and Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm(LMA) was proposed for the data fitting. Compared the fitting results of Langmuir, Linear + Langmuir and five parameters Bi-Langmuir adsorption model, because the Fun value under the Langmuir model is the minimum and the difference of the results under the three models is very small, we choose Langmuir model to describe the adsorption behavior of naringenin enantiomerson chiralpak AD column. In addition using Langmuir model to fit the three temperature overload band profiles at the same time, and verify its accuracy.We can get naringenin completely separation area on simulated moving bed combined "triangle" theory with the Langmuir isotherm model parameters we have got before. And we discussed the changes of switching time, the number of columns in different districts andⅡ and Ⅲ flow rate on the impact of separation.
