The Due to all the physical system testing under the mine, high cost, complex site conditions is hard to test, and the whole virtual simulation technology by model complexity, there is no guarantee that the accuracy and reliability are correct by the influence of the specific parameters. In coal mining machine load cutting as the control object, through the height adjusting oil cylinder to realize the adaptive control of the cutting drum shearer regulating high, it is a kind of intelligent control system of semi physical simulation platform. This paper outlines the development history, the current high research status at home and abroad, the development situation and gap automatic adjusting shearer drum; according to the characteristics of hydraulic adjustment system, the load sensitive and electro-hydraulic proportional technology with height adjusting system, the improved system based on considering the geological conditions of the controlled object, strong nonlinear, time degeneration, and the characteristics of complex path tracking control precision, it is difficult to achieve with conventional PID control, and fuzzy adaptive nonlinear system of this kind of time-varying control can better. Therefore, this paper designed a fuzzy control algorithm for adaptive shearer control system, using AMESim simulation software, the height adjusting model, and combining the fuzzy control theory and MATLAB simulation software, making the increase of the rule adaptive fuzzy control of coal mining machine.The establishment of the real-time interface by the semi physical simulation technique, adaptive adjustment of the software and hardware of control system is designed by using high, hardware platform to build on the design of the fuzzy control system was tested and the simulation, the simulation of the different operating conditions, aiming at the defects of the existence of the controller, the real-time scheduling and optimization of the existing problems. The simulation results show that the designed fuzzy controller can satisfy different working conditions to adopt requirement of adjust height system, and it has good tracking ability and fast response.
