Design And Application Of Statistic Analysis System Of Industrial Accidents For The Jiangning District Administration Of Work Safety

With the high-speed development of economy and industrial modernization, industrial accidents happen more and more frequently. Major catastrophic accidents occur occasionally, causing a lot of casualties and property loss. Currently, the accident management urgently needes to reduce the accident frequency and consequence. Accident management can promote enterprise’s economy benifit, and get rid of potential hidden dangers, and raise the level of enterprise safety management. It is an important means of urban public safety. Combining with the currently domestic ideas of accident management, using the analysis theory of accident, a management system of accident statistic analysis is established, which also can provide feasible measures for the accidents prevention.According to the requirments of the accidents management, this study discussed statistic analysis and prevention measures of accidents. A management system of accident management is established, which can summarize a series accidents of Jiangning District and provide feasible measures for the accidents.First, a framework for accidents management is proposed, based on the application of computer visualization programming principles and software engineering development theory. The popular development tools of Visual Basic and Access 2003 database management system are adopted, which have powerful capabilities of system development, Friendly interface, functional diversity and simple operation for accidents managemen system are designed.Taken Jiangning District of Nanjing as an example, accidents statistic analysis and investigation is carried out. In recent years, about 30 accidents mihght happen in a year. Many accidents are focus on building and manufacturing companies. Prevention of accidents is important, which can be made through the analysis of data and feasible measures.Finally, the statistic analysis and prevention measures of accidents have been discussed, based on management system of accidents in jiangning. The paper analyzes the concrete situation of industrial accidents in the jiangning. The research results can offer an effective way for the safety management of the government.
