| Along with the nitrogen oxide emission pollution has become more and more serious, the state has increased its control efforts, and then modify the environmental protection standard. Through the analysis of the current situation of the power plant NOx emission control and the serious tendency, it is very necessary to carry out flue gas denitration. Additional SCR devices will bring a series of influence on boiler flue gas & air parameters, so the research on SCR device to boiler flue gas & air parameters will can complete the responsibility of the pollutant emission reduction, improve the environment, and it has important and far-reaching significance of the construction enterprises of environmental innovation.This paper adopts the method of literature review. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces three methods: SCR, SNCR and combination of SNCR+SCR, involving the working principle, denitraction efficiency, investment and operation costs, also have a technical and economic analysis and a comparison between advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, this paper introduces the SCR denitration technology, many aspects of it are discussed in details, ranges from system layout, design key points, main equipment to the factors which affects its performance. Thirdly, this paper discusses the impact of the boiler flue gas & air parameter after it added SCR DeNOx systems. For the transformation of the main body, after that it is necessary to build up SCR denitration system and take the new device’s influence into consideration. At last, combined with the engineering practice, for instance, Harbin boiler design a SCR transformation on a boiler for Yangzi Petrochemical Company, the boiler is a 220t/h high-temperature and high-pressure coal-fired boiler. The transformation theory fully applied to the actual project by the detailed description. Thus it can be seen that SCR has a significant influence for practical operation. |
