With the rapid development of industry and economy in our country,the pollution of environment is more and more serious,of which NO_x is one of the main pollution,and the pollution to the environment is quite large.The NO_x emissions from coal combustion accounts for 70%of the NO_x emissions in China,especially the coal-fired power stations.In order to improve the atmospheric environment quality,a series of NO_x emission control measures have been introduced from the central to the local area for thermal power industry.In September 2014,the national development and reform Commission,the energy bureau and the Ministry of environmental protection issued the action plan for the upgrading and transformation of coal and electricity energy saving and emission reduction(2014-2020),For a part of coal-fired thermal power enterprises,the higher ultra-low emission requirements are proposed.when the oxygen content is converted to the reference value of 6%,the NO_x emission is strictly controlled within 50 mg/m~3.At present,there are two main types of NO_x emission control technology in coal-fired boiler:the first is low nitrogen combustion technology,which controls the generation of NO_x in combustion process by changing the combustion mode of the boiler.The second is the flue gas purification technology,which processes the generated NO_x.This paper takes dalate power plant(Hereinafter referred to as"daqi power plant")#8 as the research object,briefly analyzes the background and significance of the research,combined with domestic and foreign related research project,based on the basic parameters and operation status of daqi#8 boiler,proposes a comprehensive denitrification transformation method combining low nitrogen combustion and SCR flue gas denitrification technology,through the feasibility study demonstration,the installation and commissioning and performance analysis of the denitrification project.Finally,through the combination of low nitrogen combustion technology and SCR flue gas denitrification technology,the NO_x emission concentration of the daqi powerplant#8 boiler is controlled within 50 mg/m~3 from about 600~950 mg/m~3,and the expected NO_x control target is achieved.
