| Nowadays, gear transmission system is the most widely used transmission form in all kinds of machinery and mechanical equipment, but the transmission mechanism in the new period has put forward higher requirements for the accuracy of gear precision. The traditional gear processing method which includes gear hobbing, gear shaving and heat treatment has been unable to meet the future requirements for the gear precision, a large number of the domestic gear processing manufacturing enterprises need to introduce the gear grinding process to improve the gear precision. Forming grinding machine, which has the advantages of good generality, simple structure, high productivity and high performance-price ratio in gear processing, has been widely concerned by enterprises.But the current gear grinding machine at home and abroad are both very expensive, the common enterprise can not afford it.With the support from sub-projects of 12 th Five-Year National Key Technology R&D Plan†Application demonstration of the development and industrialization for the small and medium sized machine manufacturing production technologyâ€, this paper will expand to the entire grinding process of gear workpiece based on the study of the precision grinding wheel dressing device which meet the requirement of the subject. In this paper, it strives to build a truly universal CNC gear form grinding machine which can process the 5-6 level precision gear on the basis of the CNC cylindrical grinding machine through not only the integration and utilization but also the transformation of the existing mature resources. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, needing to determine the basic parameters of the machine, determining the processing motion scheme after the analysis of the processing technology, and then the overall layout of machine tool which can be divided machine structure and control system has been developed. In terms of machine structure the mechanism include machine tool bed, precision workpiece spindle system, wheel rack system, linear displacement feed system and the grinding wheel dressing system have been completed; on the control system, the basic principle of the control and the basic needing control for gear grinding machines have been analyzed in the first time, the overall design of the hardware and software of control system have been finally determined.Secondly, the precision control technology of universal CNC form grinding gear machine has been studied. The precision control of tooth form grinding machine has two main aspects, one is the precise indexing of workpiece gear, the other is the precise dressing of grinding wheel. The precision indexing of workpiece need a re-calibrating of gear workpiece indexing, to measure workpiece eccentricity error, and to determine the origin point of gear indexing. For the grinding wheel dressing, this paper focusing on introducing the basic calculation method of grinding wheel dressing, and then the rotation precision control of the linear feed axes and wheels have been described.Next, the key technology of the hardware and software of grinding machine control system has been analyzed and the control system has been developed. In terms of hardware, the communication construction aroud these hardwares and the circuitry design have been completed. In terms of software, the grinding automatic machining process has been analyzed, the basic design of software interface according to the basic function has been completed.At last, the development for the prototype machine tool of universal CNC gear form grinding machine has been finished from the above researches. |
