Food safety has been the focus of human problems. Especially in recent years, the food safety problem has been attracted attention of the state and society. How to prevention is one of the important means to solve the problem of food safety. Portable foodborne pathogenic bacteria detection system is a set of biological system. It includes thermostat system, laser transmitter module, human-computer interaction module, communication module and PC interface. The current domestic use of the equipment are imported. To fill the domestic blank, and solve the problem that foreign products are expensive, the late maintenance is inconvenient. The paper combined with related research projects and do some research on portable detector of foodborne pathogenic bacteriaPortable foodborne pathogens detection system is based on the detection of foodborne pathogens target. Using isothermal amplification technology and laser detection technology to complete the detection of foodborne pathogens. Through thermostat temperature system, heating the sample to be detected, the sample of the rapid proliferation of foodborne pathogens in biological enzyme catalysis, thereby enabling the sample solution turbidity change. Using laser detection technology to detect the turbidity of the sample solution to achieve the purpose of the detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria. The paper research content includes the following aspects.Firstly, do some research on the working principle and the overall structure of portable detector foodborne pathogenic bacteria, and analyze the performance of the system needs to achieve.Secondly, it has been designed foodborne pathogens portable detector’s hardware system, including circuit structure of the system power, circuit structure of the thermostat system, circuit structure of the laser transmitter, circuit structure of the signal acquisition circuit, circuit structure of the human-computer interaction module and circuit structure of the communication module.Thirdly, it has been designed foodborne pathogens portable detector’s software system, including the software structure of thermostat temperature system, the software structure of laser detection module, the software structure of human-computer interaction module, the software structure of communication module, and the software structure of PC interface.Mathematical model for the ceramic heater uncertainty, and for the non-linear heating device, the paper combines the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control, fuzzy PID control is selected for thermostatic control system.Using the portable foodborne pathogens detection systems, test the heating rate and precision of thermostat system, to verify the reasonableness of the thermostat system. Using the portable foodborne pathogens detection systems, test positive samples and negative samples. The results of a comparative analysis to detect positive samples and negative samples to verify the detection of foodborne pathogens portable system reliability and stability.
