With the rapid development of ceramic tile enterprises and increasing improvement of their production technology, China has become the top ceramic tile producer in the world. The research and development of ceramic tile packaging machinery has become a widely concerned topic. CPB3045 is an automatic ceramic tile packaging line, the joint development of Wuhan University of Light Industry and Southern China Precision Manufacturing Technology Research and Development Institution. It has developed an automated packaging for 300mm*450mm, receiving good practical effect. This paper will study the structure of foam delivering separator device in CPB3045. It has also designed and improved a set of non-stop on the bubble separator device. At the same time, the feasibility of the design will be verified by setting up a control system of the test platform.First, this paper analyses structure and motion process of the foam delivering separator device of CPB3045 ceramic packaging line. It puts forward the improvement scheme on the bubble separator device, and the design and modeling of the mechanical structure.Second, according to the motion characteristics of non-stop bubble separator device, the electronic cam technology is used to realize two shafts’ synchronous coordination. With the open source software Beremiz as the programming environment and it also uses the international standard IEC61131-3 language for motion control and Implementation of the detailed design.Finally, embedded motion controller developed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Delta ASDA-A2 series servo motor are used to build a test platform for control system. By using the LabVIEW software, it also monitors the actual motor motion curve, and analyzes and validates the electronic cam technology and motion control algorithm, having proved the feasibility of the scheme, and the stability of the system.Through the development of non-stop foam block device,this article realize the electronic CAM technology in the application of ceramic tile packing line which based on the hardware design, and application of soft PLC technology.So that successfully improved the speed and effect the realization of the function of location. The design and research on electronic CAM technology and soft PLC technology is applied to ceramic tile packaging made effective exploration, embodies the innovation of this design study.the methods and processes it shows has good reference value on the application of ceramic tile packaging similar to the features of the technology.However,due to the limitations of resources,we did not produce the whole machine production and did not verify it also, leading to a certain insufficient of this research,and it is our next target in future.
