The project comes from Huzhou Wangneng Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.The company's sewage sludge treatment method is relatively simple,and the operation is mostly manual or semi-automatic control,which not only increases the labor intensity of workers,but also the bad working environment is not good for human health.In recent years,with the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the environmental protection department has become more and more demanding on the treatment of sewage sludge.How to solve the sludge problem cost-effectively has become a problem faced by many enterprises and countries,and the mechanical depth of sludge Dehydration is a cost-effective method.In view of the above situation,this paper decided to develop a PLC-based sewage sludge crushing treatment control system to solve the problems faced by the company.The system is designed to process,display and monitor the signal with the touch screen.After receiving the command,the PLC performs the control of the device and the feedback of the parameters.Therefore,the system is mainly composed of a main control unit and a terminal slave.The whole system is composed of a wired and digital transmission to form a master-slave network structure.The main control unit uses a touch screen to implement various operations of the software interface to achieve friendliness.The human-computer interaction effect;the slave machine adopts PLC and frequency converter to realize the sewage sludge system processing control to improve the equipment's interference capability and function scalability.In addition,the filter press can be adjusted according to the different textures of the filter press,such as: the number of filter presses,the number of filter presses,the press pressure,etc.,making it more flexible.In addition,the equation of sludge pressure filtration is also established in this paper.The pressure difference materials with different properties can be calculated relatively accurately for the pressure filter materials with different properties.Whether the pressure filtration parameters are suitable or not will have a great influence on the pressure filtration effect.The control system utilizes PLC and frequency converter speed control technology to realize two working modes: fully automatic operation mode and manual operation mode.After the sewage sludge treatment of the system,the water content of the sludge can be reduced from about 80% to less than 10%,and the volume can be reduced to 1/10-1/5.The practical application shows that the pressure filtration type dewatering system has obvious dehydration effect and has high practical value.
