This paper use the MG650/1515 shearer as an example. Basing the classical mechanics method, we construct a mathematical modal of shearer to analysis the force for every constraint. Using a 3D modal design tool, we construct a 3D digital modal. In the meantime, we collect and use previous study results and construct a computing system of the whole shearer' s force based on database system. We use the finite element method to verify the results of the whole shearer' s force. Aiming at the real prototype, we use the finite element method to analysis the effect of disposition of the long bolts and check its reliability.Then we can predict the quality of the shearer which is still in designing, and improve the quality before producing, so we can reduce the quantity of testing models and shorten the research time. |
