Along with the increasing severity of haze, the people’s environmental awareness increases year by year, the investment of environmental protection and governance also has steadily improved. due to a surge of social electricity consumption over the years, generating capacity is increasing year by year, coal-fired power plants release a lot of dust and harmful gas in the process of power generation, NOx emissions in 2009 reached 8.6 million tons, by 2020 emissions are expected to exceed 26 million tons. So, studying NOx formation mechanism, looking for ways and means to control NOx pollutants, to reduce coal-fired power plant NOx emissions, is very necessary and important to people’s life, environmental protection and the national economy.Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) technology is a kind of widely used in coal-fired power plant flue gas denitration technology,SCR flue gas denitration technology covering the area small,mature,easy operation,has become one of the main means of China’s coal-fired power plants to reduce NOx pollution.This paper first introduces the background, significance of the denitration transformation in coal-fired power plant and the oxynitride management progress at present in domestic and foreign, Second, mainly introduces the main reaction principle of SCR flue gas denitration; Then, takes HuaNeng Taicang power plant which already applies denitration system as an example, combined with the actual situation to interpretation of denitration system process, details the composition of SCR flue gas denitration system. Then thoroughly discusses the advantages and disadvantages of traditional denitration control strategy, summarizes the problems of denitration control strategy in the application, in order to further meet the safe and high efficiency of denitrification system and also saves the ammonia consumption, HuaNeng Taicang power plant unit 1 upgrades the control strategy by using predictive control, neural network learning technology and adaptive control technology, the performance trial after upgrading shows that the denitration efficiency of unit 1 gets obvious improvement, the chimney inlet NOx concentration drops to below 90 mg/Nm3, well satisfies the requirement of power plant environmental indicators and flue gas denitration automation control, the optimization control strategy has certain reference meanings for the other power plants denitration control system.
