NO_x is one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere,which not only causes serious pollution to the atmosphere,but also has a lot of adverse influences on the survival and development of animals and plants.As the power plant is one of the main sources of NO_x emissions,it is necessary to install denitrification device to reduce the pollution of nitrogen oxides in power plants.Based on the Zhangjiakou power plant as the backing,the paper does research for the modifying of the denitration system and the performance of the system.First,the paper mainly discusses the research basckground and choose the significance of this topic,and introduce the generation theory of the NO_x and esearch status of denitration technology and process at home and abroad.The paper simply introduces two different technique for flue gas denitrification,the principle of selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)and selective catalytic reduction(SCR)and the applicable conditions in power plant.According to the gereral principle and the actual condition of Zhangjiakou power plant,this engineering chooses SCR denitrification technique.The brief analysis of the layout scheme of the denitration unit of this project and the choice of the reducing agent,lays a foundation for the entire denitration project.Then,the paper introduce the basic design situation of Zhangjiakou power plant,the main design parameters and the other design parameters of water source,hot primary air,and steam of the denitration system.Through the analysis of the denitration devices,the next part detailly expounds the the transformation of denitrification reactor,equipment modification scheme of denitration agent for preparing ammonia storage and supply system of equipment layout and air preheater,and analyzes the effect of the boiler,ash,suction fan and other equipment when installing the SCR device.The paper analyzes of properties of the SCR system reconstruction by power plant denitration system after the actual operation data.In this part,we mainly select the Zhangjiakou power plant unit 6 in the condition of 100% load(310MW)and 75% load(240MW)to analysis the actual operation effect.The calculation results show that the denitration efficiency is greater than 90%,and has reached the design requirements.After processing the plant flue gas,the oxide concentration is less than 100 mg/Nm3 as prescribed by the state.what?s more,the other parameters are also comply with the design requirements,which arrive the desired effect.Finally,the paper summarizes the experience of the transformation of the denitration transformation,describes the problems and deficiencies in the transformation,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of flue gas denitration technology in china.
