The Influence Factors And Countermeasures Of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment In Rural Areas Of Ling’an

With China’s rural economic and social development and rural population’s rapid accumulation, the disorderly discharge of rural domestic sewage cause most of the rural areas, groundwater resources, rural living environment and rural residents’ drinking water safety and health. But the rural domestic sewage treatment facilities built into long-term operation management and maintenance more difficult.This study is based on the goal of long-term management of rural domestic sewage, the use of the typical sampling method in Ling’an City, Zhejiang Province, 3 villages and 90 households in the survey, based on the analysis of the impact of rural domestic sewage treatment in rural areas of Ling’an, and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of rural domestic sewage treatment in rural areas. The main research process and conclusions are as follows: 6:(1) field survey found that rural domestic sewage mainly from the toilet, kitchen and washing water, rural domestic sewage discharge and control of the main features include: sewage discharge and sewage discharge, sewage discharge changes, large and small sewage treatment, water quality fluctuations, sources, emission and dispersion, technical difficulty and subject to natural conditions, mainly by the village committee led the work and other aspects.From the scope of the city of Hangzhou, Ling’an rural life sewage treatment progress smoothly, and the completion of a good number of farmers.(2) From the objective and subjective factors, the objective factors include policy, technology, capital and organization factor, the subjective factor is the cognition and willingness of the villagers. The results show that the villagers’ choice of two yuan has a significant negative impact on the villagers’ choice. The results show that, the choice of the villagers’ education years has a significant negative effect on the level of 5%;whether the villagers’ satisfaction to the village committee has a significant positive effect on the level of 1%;whether there is a significant positive impact on the choice of the villagers’ choice of the traditional production and living habits;whether willing to pay the cost of governance has a significant negative impact on the choice of the villagers in the 10% level.(3) according to the analysis and summary of the influence factors of rural domestic sewage treatment, the paper puts forward a systematic and complex long-term project, which is a long-term and complex problem. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the level of villagers’ cognition and strengthen the management mode of rural domestic sewage treatment. Therefore, the main objective is to improve the level of the village committee.
