Current Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment In Shaoxing City

Rural domestic sewage treatment is an important part of the improvement of rural ecological environment.For a long time,due to traditional concepts and financial pressures,rural sewage has not been effectively treated.While the speed of urbanization in rural areas is increasing,the development of science and technology brings changes in lifestyles to residents.The demand for water in people's daily life increases,and the corresponding amount of sewage is increased.Some rural areas even have disorderly discharges.phenomenon.This not only affects the safety and health of people in rural areas,but also restricts the progress of new rural construction.A large amount of domestic sewage is directly discharged every year in rural areas across the country,causing a wide range of environmental pollution.In response to the problem of rural domestic sewage,Zhejiang Province put forward the decision on"Five Waters Governance" and "Measurement of Pollution First" at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th Committee on November 29,2013,and took the lead in 2014.Rural domestic sewage treatment work.This research is based on the goal of long-term treatment of rural domestic sewage.From the concept definition of rural sewage,governance model,treatment process,related policies,and existing problems and difficulties,this paper reviews the current status of rural sewage research.By investigating the characteristics of rural domestic sewage sources and sewage in Shaoxing,it is found that the main sources of rural domestic sewage in Shaoxing are kitchen sewage,domestic clean sewage,toilet sewage,and other mixed sewage.From the characteristics of sewage,the water quality indicators vary widely,and the pollutant concentration is low;the water volume increases year by year.From the four aspects of sewage treatment process,mechanism,achievement and existing problems,the current situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in Shaoxing City was analyzed.Further,by comparing with the demonstration towns and towns of Shaoxing City,it is found that the demonstration towns and towns are more maneuverable than the non-model towns and towns in implementing relevant policies and regulations,and the implementation is more clear,which can guarantee the effectiveness of the work;the demonstration townships are better than the non-model towns.The villagers have relatively high environmental awareness and participation,which means that the residents' awareness of environmental protection and participation can be improved,and the maintenance capacity of relevant facilities can be improved to a certain extent,and the effectiveness of governance can be improved.The demonstration townships are more strict in management than non-model towns and towns.The more complete the work system,the higher the initiative and enthusiasm of the villagers to participate in water control;the demonstration towns and towns are more inspected than the non-model towns and towns,and the feedback is more timely.The demonstration townships adopt the online monitoring instruments and water quality intelligent management methods in the processing equipment.The effect is better than the non-model towns and towns in terms of management convenience and long-term security,indicating that intelligent management is more in line with actual needs;demonstration townships are more timely than non-model towns and towns,and the protection is more powerful,which is conducive to the construction of sewage treatment facilities and Its subsequent normal operation.Through comparative analysis,the countermeasures for long-term treatment of rural domestic sewage in Shaoxing City are proposed.
