Pulp and paper is a high water consumption industry, and water pollution is relatively serious. In recent years, with the improvement of environmental protection conscious and the constantly development of water treatment technologies, the control of pollution has made a great progress. However, large requirement of water is still the main problems that limit the industry. Improving the quality of treated wastewater and recycling it is the best way to solve this problem. Using Fenton oxidation process and coagulation experiments to further improve the quality of the wastewater treatment of pulp and paper industry terminal and expanding the proportion of reuse level is the main objective of this study. The treatment of wastewater of pulp and paper need to go through multi-times processing, and most of the major pollutants is stubborn and difficult to treat. Depth oxidation treatment technology Fenton method can effectively reduce the chromaticity, COD content of water after treatment, and improve water quality. This method has attract people’s attention because of the high efficient and pollution-free. In this study, Fenton treatment, coagulation and sedimentation were used to reduce the indicators of wastewater, such as terminal color and CODCrIn order to remove color and CODCr, pH, reaction time, H2O2 dosage, FeSO4·7H2O dosage, temperature, stirring speed and other factors that has an important effect on Fenton treatment have been studied and optimization, and wastewater pH and CODCr and color removal with precipitation the standing time changes in process, The main influence factors affecting the strength of the order orthogonal experiments as follows:H2O2 dosage> FeSO4 ·7H2O dosage> pH> reaction time. Through single factor experiments, optimization of treatment process is:the initial of pH=4.5,termination of pH=7.0, H2O2(30%) dosage=682.1mg/L, the dosage of FeSO4·7H2O=205mg/L, reaction time=40min.Wastewater treatment after deep oxidation, It’s color 37C.U., CODCr 107.2mg/L, By organic matter extraction process and GC-MS analysis showing that the total amount of organic matter in the wastewater before and after treatment, and most of the organic content significantly reduced more, a-hydroxy-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid,3-hydroxy-pyridine, benzoic acid, phosphoric acid monoethyl ester, acetylene alcohols, organic acid, isophthalic acid, cis-octadecenoic deCreased significantly, but also part of the new substances produced. The coagulation experiments is to optimize further deep oxidation water. Ultimately PDADMAC is determined for optimun flocculant, It is added in an amount of 0.05mg/L, stirring conditions for rapid stirring intensity of 200rpm, the rapid stirring for 2min, slowly stirring intensity 80 rpm, slowly stirring time 10min.Under the optimal experimental conditions, CODCr and color of raw water were 220mg/L,189C.U., CODcr of the pulp and paper terminal wastewater is 61.6mg/L, rate of removal is 72%, and the chroma is about 26.5C.U.,rate of removal is about 86%. Performance is outstanding in color removal.
