Pulp and paper wastewater is one of the most significant resources of water pollution, it is imperative to have a advanced treatment. Meanwhile to the depth of wastewater treatment technology research and the application may also have important implications. This thesis adopts ozone, ozone—hydrogen peroxide solution and coagulating sedimentation process deep treatment of pulp and paper wastewater, inspected the influencing factors and the removal effectiveness of wastewater COD, coloring removal by the process of ozone oxidation and ozone—hydrogen process. While water of ozone oxidation flocculation processing, mainly inspects the different type coagulants (PAC, PFS) and coagulant (PAM) combination of wastewater, COD, turbidity removal efficiency of influencing factors.The experiment of ozone oxidation process of pulping and papermaking wastewater treatment showed there is a bigger ozone dosing quantity but a lower COD removal rate, but the ozone and hydrogen peroxide coupled techniques treatment effect is remarkable. The experiment results show that, on the best experiment conditions of temperature is 17℃, h/d is 15, pH is 7.45, ozone producing gas rate is 8g/h, H2O2 dosing quantity is lml/L, ozone dosing quantity is 150mg/L, the removal rate of CODcr is 68.25%, by CODcr concentration 300mg/L drop to 95.25mg/L, under the same conditions, ozone dosing quantity for 100mg/L, chroma removal rate reached 99.5%, chroma 350 times to reduce by twice; the experiment of coagulation sedimentation to the effluent of the O3/H2O2 oxidation using PAC and PFS, which showed that PAC was the most reliable option.on the best experiment conditions of PAC dosing quantity is 80mg/L, pH is 7.5, temperature is 20℃, PAM dosing quantity is 1.5mg/L, the removal rate of CODcr is 74.5%, turbidity removal rate is 99.5%, the effluent for 24.3 mg/L CODcr, turbidity in 5 NTU below.Experimental results proved that the O3/H2O2 and coagulating sedimentation process had high performance to treatment the pulp and paper wastewater. Eventually will make the CODcr by 300mg/L drop to 25mg/L, chroma 350 times to reduce by 4 times, turbidity less than 5NTU, can achieve sewage reuse criteria.
