With the environmental situation of increasingly severe and national wastewater of paper discharge standards further stringent, the traditional physical and biochemical secondary treatment processes have been unable to meet the pollutant removal requirements. Advanced oxidation technology for toxic refractory pollutants in water has strong application advantages of high efficiency, fast, no secondary pollution and so on, many advantages were more and more attention to environmental scholars. This access to the relevant paper in the waste water treatment technology based on deep study of the oxidation of paper making wastewater Fenton basic principle and mechanism of Fe3+ in the flocculation and to pulp & paper wastewater treatment by the conventional secondary effluent to this study focused on water pollution characteristics of the main water quality indicators and were characterized by Fenton oxidation and coagulation treatment of this process on the pulp & paper wastewater treatment effluent from the depth of secondary biochemical treatment.The paper studied the effects of Fenton oxidation treatment of pulp & paper wastewater main factors by orthogonal and single factor experiments.By orthogonal experiment, made sure to influence the impact of Fenton oxidation of the main factors and the optimum range of parameters; then the rotation of single factor experiments, treatment effect of these factors were investigated, by various factors and COD removal and color removal rate curve to determine the best dosage. Meanwhile, according to Fe3+ in the flocculation, the flocculation effluent from Fenton oxidation, so was able to trivalent iron ions in water, reducing environmental pollution, while the settlement has accelerated the sludge, as well as improved COD,Suspended Substance and color removal efficiency.By laboratory test, we determined the Fenton oxidation of the best operating conditions:hydrogen peroxide dosage in the 190mg/L or so, pH value is controlled between 4-5, ferrous and control the ratio of hydrogen peroxide is about 0.7, sulfuric acid ferrous dosage 640mg/L. reaction time is 1 hour.And on this basis, we do a dynamic experiments, we use a 10L of the reaction column, continuous experiments. It takes me more than a month to do the continuous experiments, by the other parameters unchanged,we gradually adjust pH to 5, we find that it does not affect the overall removal. The reason is because that in the end system during the reaction of pH value is between 3.5-4, generated during the reaction of iron oxides are adsorbed on the carrier, creating acidic environment, while increasing the iron content Therefore, pH is worth while to increase the water, you can adjust the proportion of ferrous iron and hydrogen peroxide to 0.7. In addition, the production of the preceding pilot experiment results further verify the best operating parameters.In addition, we further analysized the process by the operating costs:at the current price of the chemical plant were accounted tne tons of water treatment cost: 1.316 yuan. In accordance with the 20,000 daily return of water, saving 2 million cube extraction of groundwater, while saving water costs 60,000 yuan.Finally, the author proposed some of projects in operation at present real problems: corrosion problems, sludge reduction issues and problems of sludge utilization.
