With the increasing of electrical and electronic products, electromagnetic radiation problem is increasingly serious, which cause damage to the human body as well as the living environment. In order to protect human health, the research and development of electromagnetic shielding product attract more and more attention, meanwhile the shielding performance of electromagnetic shielding products has become a research focus in the field. At present there are many literatures on monolayer shielding fabric,while less on multi-layer shielding fabric. There are many kinds of the electromagnetic shielding fabrics on the market, while also many shortcomings, especially lack of multi-layer shielding fabric which can weak the shielding efficiency both in inside and outside layer. CCTV has reported the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing, found that the electromagnetic wave enhanced through reflection between clothing and human body, it is said that sometimes cause the resonance, and the electromagnetic wave can’t be absorbed or reflected, so it bring more damage on the human body. Therefore, it become a urgent need to research the reflection and absorption rule and shielding mechanism of multi-layer electromagnetic shielding fabric. So this topic-Design and research of the multi-layer electromagnetic shielding fabric on high shielding effectiveness is put forward, providing reference for the development of higher shielding effectiveness electromagnetic shielding fabric in wider frequency stage.Based on a large number of literature consulting and theoretical study, this paper researched the multi-layer electromagnetic shielding fabric, through the compatibility and combination design of the different electromagnetic shielding fabric, explore theshielding rule and shielding mechanism of multi-layer electromagnetic shielding fabric,further give the design principle of multi-layer electromagnetic shielding fabric of high shielding effectiveness, providing reference for the development of higher shielding effectiveness electromagnetic shielding fabric in wider frequency stage. First of all,based on the electromagnetism theoretical knowledge learning and paper summarizes on monolayer layer shielding fabric, through the collection of electromagnetic shielding fabric on the market, picked out the good electromagnetic shielding fabrics in various classes as experimental objects, and then tested the parameters and shielding effectiveness under different polarization direction. Secondly, according to the characteristics and shielding effectiveness of the electromagnetic shielding fabrics,double-layer compatibility was designed from the fabric type, fabric weave, metal type and hierarchical arrangement and so on, then the double-layer shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding fabric were tested and analyzed, shielding effectiveness rule and influence factors were summarized; On the basis of the research on the double-layer shielding fabrics, the there-layer shielding fabrics were designed and analyzed. Thirdly,the shielding mechanism of multi-layer fabrics were analyzed according to the electromagnetic shielding theory and the essence influence factors were concluded. At last, multi-layer design principle is given.The results can provide reference for the optimization design of electromagnetic shielding fabric, have promoting effect for the study of shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing, and of important application value and guiding significance to the development of high-performance electromagnetic shielding clothing.
