| At present, the mainstream control form of the electronic jacquard machine is controlling electronic jacquard machine by the development of the embedded application program. However, this form is controlled by space and time, which limits the production efficiency of the electronic jacquard machine. With the coming of Industry 4.0, manufacturing has been made to the intelligent way. So making full use of Internet technology, making the electronic jacquard control intelligent, and improving the production efficiency of electronic jacquard machine have become the development trend of electronic jacquard control.With the constant innovation of network communication technology, the remote control technology based on the network is developing rapidly, and its application scope is gradually expanded. On the other hand, in recent years, mobile intelligent terminal dominated by smartphones based on Android, has developed rapidly and been popularized. Therefore, the remote control based on mobile intelligent terminal, which comprise mobile terminal technology and remote control technology, is the future development of remote control. In this context, electronic jacquard machine remote control based on the mobile terminal arises at the historic moment. Intelligent terminal gets rid of the shackles of space and time to control the work of electronic jacquard machine, which not only brings better convenience to the workers, but also improves the production efficiency and saves the production cost. However, the remote control system based on Network has delay problem more or less. The problem has a direct impact on real-time and stability of remote control systems, and will greatly reduce the working efficiency of remote control systems. So, the existing delay problem is contrary to the original intention of the development.On the basis of the research on the operation platform and technical assistance of remote control system for electronic jacquard machine, the main content of this paper is in the following points:(1) Design and Realization of remote control system for electronic jacquard machine based on Android mobile terminal. According to the demand of remote control of the electronic jacquard machine, the model design of the system is carried out. This paper studies the working principle, working process and data communication protocol of the system according to the core content of the system. According to the different functions of the system, the controlled terminal and the control terminal of the system is divided into different modules. Then, we use the object-oriented programming language to achieve the core functions of the modules.(2) Research and solution on the delay problem of remote control system. We analyze the characteristics of the network delay, and propose to use CGF algorithm to speculate the network link delay, and analyze the deficiency of CGF algorithm. After that, we make a visible effort to improve the algorithm to correct the deficiency. We simulated network delay by NS2 to verify that the effect of the algorithm estimating time delay of network link. On this basis, some strategies are proposed to solve delay problem of remote control system. |
