At present,most steel coil product warehouses in iron and steel enterprises relied heavily on manpower to collect and process the data and inventory changes.Inventory management involved warehousing,warehousing operations,inventory,warehouse location changes after warehousing,operators and customers.How to manage these information data was a complex system engineering.Inventory management system for the standardization of inventory information management,statistics and query,reduce the workload of management,to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff,reduce the cost of enterprise management,had very important practical significance.The coil inventory management system consisted of three modules: system function module,operation module and work order tracking module.System function module referred to the function that had nothing to do with the business operation of inventory management,mainly the function that mobile terminal must have as a system,included system login,system setup and password modification.Operational module referred to a series of operations carried out by inventory managers in response to inventory changes.Its main functions included warehousing inspection,warehousing,freezing/thawing,warehousing inspection,steel coil inquiry,abnormal volume inquiry and non-warehousing volume inquiry.The work order tracking module was to track the work order of the automatic crane and display the information of the reservoir area in real time.The main functions included information display of reservoir area and crane operation instruction display.The system focused on the design and implementation of three modules.In the system development,it mainly included demand analysis of inventory management system,system architecture design,core function design,database design,interface design,background service design and front page function design.The application of the system could save a lot of manpower and material resources,greatly improved the efficiency and economic benefits of inventory management in iron and steel enterprises,and had high practical value.Figure 28;Table 26;Reference 43...
