With the increasing demands of minerals comes a series of envirome ntal problems due to man-made cuses in mineral resource exploitation. Not only a major impact on mine safety, but also seriously affect the environment, causing many environmental disasters. In response to the current situation of serious environmental problems and social issues, environmental experts of industrial ecology perspective into consideration the scope of proposed mining necessary after mine filling this process demands the use of all solid waste and other materials to add mine output fill. Maximize the utilization of mineral resources and protecting the long-term resources, mine environment and ecological damage to resolve the issue fundamentally.With the popularity of computer applications, unmanned, humanized mine production mode is gradually applying to this filed. Digitalize has become a development goal of many mining enterprises in recent years. Digital management of mine filling system has become an important development project and has a broad market prospects.Based on extracting situation of some certain mine in China, and combines concerned data, the article put a purpose back-filling system forward, includes equipment selection and automation control designing. It also makes a rough introduction to every link of auto back-filling system, analyze realization principles of this mine auto system.This article presents and makes a research on PID control, fuzzy control, fuzzy PID control strategies based on chaos optimization after showing auto control system. In the research, the paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of each method. Focus on the current aim in control system of the mine, the paper turns the current control issues into controller optimization parameter issue. Adopt a easily-realized and fast-executive method to optimize fuzzy PID controller parameter off-line. At last, the article establish a familiar model in Simulink of MATLAB, then simulate it. Compares the optimization project with routine PID controller project, proves that the chaos optimized fuzzy PID controller is better than routine controller in control accuracy, reacting time and stability, also, it can act in a short time, reflects little in overshoot and performance well in interference, fit the demand of back-filling system.
