Longhekou Reservoir water pipeline project was taken as an example on ecological impact assessment of linear diversion project in this thesis. Indicator framework was established by DPSIR, and the indicators were selected based on Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation HJ192-2015 promulgated by Ministry of Environmental Protection. Indicator system of ecological impact assessment on city water pipeline project was established. And this case was evaluated by improved analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) and comprehensive index method. Chuhe main canal project was taken as an example on ecological risk assessment of linear diversion project. The indicator system was built by DPSIR. According to the Ecological city building indicators and Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation HJ192-2015, the Eco-city Construction Indicator was built, then ecological risk assessment was evaluated by using environmental catastrophe progression method. The main content and conclusions of this thesis as below:1. In ecological impact assessment of linear water pipeline project, taken Ecological functions and Water Conservation District, Urban ecological environmental quality assessment index and Water conservation ecological function zones into consideration there were 36 indicators which divided into 5 categories based on DPSIR model.2. In ecological impact assessment of linear water pipeline project, the weights of indicators were determined by IAHP. Then comprehensive index were applied on selected case in different ecological functional areas, different ecological impact periods to evaluate. The conclusion inducted that ecological environment comprehensive index values of ecological function zone Ⅲ 1-2, Ⅱ4-2 and Ⅱ4-3 in pre-construction period were 0.8315,1.0614 and 1.4525; ecological environment comprehensive index values in operation period are 0.9074,1.1568,1.7164. The values mean the ecological environment status in this case become slightly worse. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied in this thesis to verify that DPSIR model was capable of assessing linear water pipeline project.3. In ecological risk assessment of linear water pipeline project, the underlying causes of the ecological environment change in Chuhe main canal, source risk of ecological environment changes and ecological environment status of risk receptors affected by risk source were considered. There were 40 indicators and which divided into 5 categories based on DPSIR model.4. In ecological risk assessment of linear water pipeline project, ecological risk status of Chuhe canal in the year of 2003 to 2012 was evaluated by catastrophe progression method. And the conclusion showed that ecological risk value of Chuhe canal were 0.9943,0.9885,0.9878,0.9779,0.9753,0.9727,0.9747,0.9628,0.9582 and 0.9566. Respectively that mean the ecological risk of Chuhe canal is getting high as year goes. Water environment remediation and ecological restoration measures of Chuhe canal were given. And DPSIR model was able to assess linear water pipeline project which was verified again.
