The pumped storage power station is a kind of power station which uses the residual electricity in the night for pumped storage and then uses the water in the day for power generation to alleviate the imbalance of supply and demand between the peak and the trough of the power system.Due to the unique operation mode of pumped storage power station,its impact on the ecological environment is also very special.At present,the degree of its impact on the ecological environment and how to reduce its impact on the ecological environment are studied This study is of great significance to the study of the ecological environment of pumped storage power station.Based on the study of ecological environment impact and ecological risk assessment at home and abroad,this paper established DPSIR(driving force pressure state impact response)ecological environment impact assessment model and bow tie ecological risk assessment model,aiming to analyze the possible ecological environment impact and the most important ecological risk after the construction of Pumped Storage Power Station,and provided reference for regional development.Taking Tongcheng pumped storage power station as the research object,combined with the comprehensive index method,the evaluation index system of the ecological environment impact of the pumped storage power station was established,and the comprehensive impact of the ecological environment before and after the construction was compared to evaluate the ecological environment impact.Taking the ecological risk during the construction period of Tongcheng pumped storage power station as the evaluation object,the bow tie model was established to evaluate the ecological risk during the construction period.The main evaluation results are as follows:1、21 indexes were selected for the ecological environment impact assessment of pumped storage power station.Through the analysis of driving force,pressure,state,impact,response and comprehensive impact of ecological environment before and after the construction,it was concluded that:compared with before and after construction,the comprehensive impact index of ecological environment rose,and the comprehensive impact of ecological environment developed from "low" level to "low" level,and the overall impact on ecological environment is relatively small.2 、 According to the bow tie model,the main factor of ecological risk inconstruction period was soil erosion.The reason and harm of soil erosion were analyzed,and the measures of soil and water conservation were put forward.3、 Based on the evaluation results of the ecological environment impact and ecological risk of the pumped storage power station,the ecological restoration measures of Tongcheng pumped storage power station were put forward.According to the possible results of the restoration,the evaluation model of the ecological environment impact during the operation period was established.The results showed that after the ecological restoration measures were taken,the ecological environment impact during the operation period was reduced,and the ecological environment could be restored to the level before construction. |
