Circular saw blade has good and high processing efficiency for cuttingperformance, and is widely used in cutting and other industries of wood, metal, stoneand other materials, therefore, it is very meaningful of the research of saw bladevibration noise reduction technology. As the scholars’ further research and relevantpractical experience, people gradually mastered some effective technology to reducethe blade vibration and noise, the specific measures include: saw blade substrate slot,slot filling damping materials, laminated damping materials. In this paper, the mainstudy of dynamic characteristics of the circular saw blade based on the finite elementsoftware ANSYS, to choose different types of circular saw blade, the main factorsinfluencing the blade vibration performance research. The main work includes thefollowing aspects:Established general dynamics equations of the circular saw blade without slots,analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of saw blade, to reduce the transversevibration of blade to lay a certain foundation.The influence of diameter of clamp, rotation of prestress and slot parameters onthe dynamic characteristics of saw blade was studied. Emphasis was on the dynamiccharacteristics of slotted saw blade, Impact parameter contains the slot number,groove length, groove width and so on.Studied the effect of slot filling damping material and interlayer dampingmaterial on the dynamic characteristics of the saw blade, analysis the ability ofdamping material to improve the modal vibration mode and decrease theconcentration of the vibration energy. Theoretical research of laminated circular sawblade has certain significance to the practical design and production.Harmonic response analysis was carried out on the mezzanine saw blade, sawblade’s modal analysis results contrast research. Harmonic response analysis resultsshowing that the laminated circular saw blade has a certain effect of damping noisereduction.In view of the problems of the stability of circular saw blade, the linear andnonlinear buckling analysis was carried out on the mezzanine saw blade. Based on theproblems of the stability of interlayer saw blade and the linear buckling analysisresults, Optimized the best interlayer thickness of the saw blade.
