With the increasing of social pressure,more and more people are in sub-health,and people in the city are unwilling to exercise.People need a smart portable machine to help fitness and keep healthy anytime.So this time,riding machine is produced.As an integrated product of bionic-mechanics and ergonomics,riding machine depends horse's '8' shaped movement for the design concept,and considers the objective factors like humans and the environment.Riding machine is for the purpose of alleviating people's waist and legs,buttocks and other parts of the pain,keeping the health of people.And it is a compact and lightweight fitness equipment suitable for indoor environment.The overall design is divided into four parts.The first two chapters are the first part of this article,introduces the development process of riding machine and research status.determine to use the riding machine as the design of the program.Introducing some principles of the riding machine design processing:including bionic,ergonomics and mechanisms.To do the groundwork for riding machine designed.The third and fourth chapters is the second part of this article.This part introduce Pro/e,And use Pro/e to establish a complete three-dimensional model.Theoretically explained the possibility of Riding Machine '8' shaped movement which use the eccentric shaft to provide up-down?back and forth movement,and use the cylindrical cam mechanism to provide left and right movement.Selecting the motor and checking the shaft and bearing.Making a proof from the intuitive and theoretically.The fifth and sixth chapters is the third part of this article.Use ANSYS to do mechanism static analysis,use ADAMS to do mechanism dynamic analysis.Through the static analysis,proofing the utility of support plate,input shaft and cam shaft.Through the dynamic simulation to prove the utility of the eccentric shaft mechanism,cam mechanism,support nail and the whole mechanism,and draw some of the major components function's curve and image.Chapter seven is the fourth part of this article.To sum up this design and analyze future prospects.
