Ceramic industry is a typical high energy consumption and high pollution industry, because of its customized attributes, frequent product categories and production disturbance, leading serious waste of energy and high energy cost. Therefore, it is of great significance to reduce the waste of energy consumption and improve the efficiency of resource utilization through analyzing the reasons.Disturbance occurs frequently in the process of production, and production disturbance is harmful to enterprise production in ceramic production enterprises. At present, the research on production disturbance mainly aims at reducing the production cost, not at the influence of the energy consumption in that it is difficult to describe the production disturbance in ration. Therefore, a method of energy efficiency perturbation evaluation has been proposed based on fuzzy petri net, in which an energy flow model has been established through fuzzy petri net, and the analysis of energy efficiency disturbance assessment has been realized based on the fuzzy reasoning algorithm.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:First, analyze the process characteristics types and total energy consumption to reveal the factors in each process which affects energy consumption and analyze production disturbance phenomenon and its cause to obtain the production disturbance factor set of energy efficiency, in the light of five processes, namely ball milling, molding, drying, spraying glaze and sintering, in ceramic production.Second, build a process model adopting fuzzy Petri net, in the light of five processes, namely ball milling, molding, drying, spraying glaze and sintering, in ceramic production. This process model describes processing equipment and workstation by fuzzy library, controls the machining process of raw material and energy consumption through fuzzy change process and defines change rules using the fuzzy rules, realizing the visualization and dynamic analysis of the machining process and energy consumption process.Third, a comprehensive energy efficiency disturbance assessment model has been established based on fuzzy reasoning algorithm on the foundation of fuzzy Petri net model. Build energy consumption data curve fitting function through actual production data from enterprises and take the maximum derivative to be contribution of input index of evaluation model, constituting model input indexes weight vector, and then, solve this model through fuzzy reasoning algorithm and DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis), obtaining disturbance evaluation index for energy efficiency and realizing the quantitative assessment of energy efficiency disturbance.According to the comprehensive analysis above, an energy efficiency disturbance assessment system has been designed and developed, based on the energy efficiency disturbance assessment method and in the background of a certain enterprise. This system, including three modules:configuration model parameter module, generation simulation model module and energy efficiency disturbance evaluation module, provides a support for reducing energy waste.
