| According to the "14th Five-Year Plan",in 2021,my country has opened a new chapter in the construction of a powerful transportation country.As one of the important transportation options for long-distance travel,high-speed railway passenger transportation safety management is particularly important,and station passenger safety is an important interface for high-speed railway safety.Therefore,study the passenger transportation safety of high-speed railway stations,find the weak links of the station passenger transportation safety risk card control through safety evaluation and risk management,formulate risk management and control plans,and improve the level of station passenger transportation safety management.The main research work of this paper on the safety evaluation and risk management of high-speed railway passenger transportation is as follows:(1)Defines the passenger transportation safety risks of high-speed railway stations,and comprehensively analyzes various potential risk factors of high-speed railway stations from the aspects of passenger transportation operation organization process and passenger safety risk characteristics;divides six types of station passenger safety risk types and four risk levels;From the four perspectives of personnel,equipment,environment,and management,the accident tree method is used to identify the risk sources of high-speed railway station passenger transportation safety risks,and a new high-speed railway station passenger transportation safety evaluation index system has been established.(2)A more refined index seven-level evaluation method was proposed,the station and safety management specifications were sorted,the index evaluation standard basis table was formulated,and the numerical conversion method of the evaluation level was determined;according to the accident tree of the six types of passenger transport safety risks Based on the identification map,a brand-new Fuzzy Petri Net evaluation model for passenger transportation safety risks of high-speed railway stations is constructed.Combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the correlation method,the method of processing the weights of Fuzzy Petri Net is improved to make the safety assessment more scientific;combined with this article Fuzzy Petri Net evaluation model features,introduces three special operators,improves the fuzzy inference solving algorithm,and improves the accuracy of safety evaluation results.(3)With the goal of risk level and cost control,five prerequisites were put forward,and a high-speed railway station passenger safety risk control model was constructed;according to the Fuzzy Petri Net model,a large number of risk functions for detention and crowded trampling risks were established,and single-level analysis was used to determine Relative cost coefficients of relevant warehouses;apply the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to solve the risk control model,and propose how to compare and select risk control plans and formulate risk control measures based on the calculation results of the control model.(4)Taking high-speed railway station A as an example,collecting index evaluation information,and calculating the results of the safety assessment model,it is concluded that the risk level of a large number of detentions and crowded tramplings at station A is in a state of alert,and risk control is required.According to the calculation results of the risk control model,a set of Pareto optimal solutions are obtained,four of which are selected,and the best results are compared,and combined with the actual situation of station A,specific risk control measures are formulated for reference when station A conducts risk management,To verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model and the control model. |
