The special lift for oil tube is an essential accessory equipment in the realization of oil production automation. In conventional oilfield operations, the lifting and lowering of oil pipe is used of manpower in most cases, which means higher artificial strength, lower efficiency and more security flaws, making the speed of lifting and lowering oil pipe lags far from meeting the requirement of producing and repairing oil well more seriously. To conduct operations of this job quickly, efficiently, safely and reliably, enhance production efficiency of oil wells and reduce staff work intensity, it is an urgent need to develop a lifting oil pipe device for special job with pressure. The main contents are as follows:Thesis starting from security and high-efficient of lifting equipment dedicated to the oil pipe for pressure operation carries out the structure design of the special lift for oil tube to achieve multiple oil pipe lift. Then, the key components of lift are made the finite element analysis. And the related analysis and designs of the hydraulic system and control system are completed. Specific contents are as follows:Firstly, the mechanical structural of designed lift is established solid model by NX, interference analysis is made on its assembly, and structural strength analysis is conducted on the main force member legs by ANSYS Workbench. Secondly, the hydraulic system and control system are designed according to the course of action of lifting, design of hydraulic system schematic diagram and selection of related hydraulic elements are done. And performance checking and vibration analysis for the design of the hydraulic system are carried out. Thirdly, the control system uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) to design electrical control schematics, and write the ladder program in accordance with the course of action. Finally, experiments under working conditions proved safety and reliability of operations of the designed oil pipe lift which meets the needs of pressure operation on site.
