The Frequency converter is a new type of control variable speed motor power-saving technology, it can realize an important equipment of AC variable frequency speed regulation, it is an important means of oil field automatic control and energy saving and emission reduction, the operation of the frequency converter directly affects the production of oil wells and stations and warehouses for safe and stable. However, the frequency converter long-term work in the field or a simple room, electronic equipment in the long-term work environment is relatively poor, with component aging, improper operation, environmental interference and so on.The kind of test method has the very big flaw, mainly displays in the following several aspects:1.Low efficiency, due to the frequency converter fault detection need to test a number of projects, and some projects need measured at the same time, using artificial test, will make many test data error, affects the frequency converter fault location.2.The error rate is high, the technical staff of a large number of element measurement and statistics have a certain degree of difficulty, and skilled in different degrees or human negligence, will inevitably be some mistakes, and these errors tend to make wrong judgment, judgment error not only influences the maintenance time, but also a waste of human and material resources, the impact of production.3.Instrumentation equipment is not uniform, the quality is good, the accuracy level is different, plus the man-made causes of errors, resulting in maintenance and judgment error.However, as with other electronic devices, when the components aging, improper operation, environmental interference, etc., the frequency converter will have a variety of faults. For the frequency converter fault, we analyze the causes of failure, including detection circuit, rectifier filter, capacitor, the main circuit, switching power supply circuit and other failures are more common. To this end, a comprehensive test of the frequency converter research, and through the virtual instrument technology and coaxial mutual drag load test system to achieve the accurate and rapid frequency converter.First, based on the frequency converter main circuit hardware detection, combined with virtual instrument technology, determine the static frequency converter detection method, to detect the frequency converter main circuit of rectifier and the frequency converter circuit through current and turn-on voltage, cutoff voltage and leakage current.Secondly, analyze the coaxial mutual drag technology, through a combination of three average current method and virtual instrument technology, the dynamic performance of the transducer test, making it in different load of the frequency converter performance fault(i.e., a plurality of switch tube open circuit fault) can effective positioning, and according to the test requirements to design linear adjustable load system.Finally, through the PLC and configuration software to build an integrated test platform, in order to achieve real-time data acquisition, computing, processing ability, make the system more stable and accurate.
