With the rapid development of heavy machinery manufacturing industry, the requirements for the accuracy of the thick plate are more and more high. In most of the existing cold straightening machine, when the steel plate thickness exceeds 30 mm, the straightening machine will not work properly. Seven 2800 roll plate straightening machine can be a good solution to this problem, the straightening machine can be straightened thickness 30mm~75mm plate.In this paper, according to the company plan to consult the book provided by the board product specifications design seven 2 800 roll plate straightening machine frame structure system. The frame structure system comprises a frame body, a press device and a balancing device. First, according to the structure of the roll system determined by the product parameters, the general size of the frame structure is determined, and the basic dimensions of the key parts are determined according to the strength formula. Then, using Solidworks 2012 to build the whole frame of each part of the parts, the assembly after the introduction of Abaqus software for finite element analysis. Finally, the finite element structure is analyzed, and the maximum equivalent stress and displacement of the part are analyzed, and the overall stiffness of the frame and the strength of the key parts are determined.In the process of determining the size of the mechanical parts, this paper is unable to accurately determine the structure size of the parts: screw nuts, to take the establishment of a number of sizes, finite element analysis. By comparing the stress results of different schemes, we choose to minimize the volume of the parts as possible as possible to minimize the size of the parts, and provide the convenience for the later designers.Through the analysis of the components in the frame structure system, the design of the frame system meets the requirements.In addition, in the results, it can be seen that in the pre stress frame, the tension rod is the largest part, the maximum stress value appears in the tie bar near the thread. The column can meet the requirements well. These will provide some references for future design choices.
