In recent years, our five-axis CNC machining center is constantly increasing, and is based on the efficiency of NC programming software of its major three-dimensional programming speed, the major manufacturers began to use intelligent CNC machining techniques to process some of the impeller blades and other parts of complex surfaces to efficiently solve the low productivity and poor accuracy of the workpiece. Because the manufacturer according to their own conditions issues, capital, plant size, etc., there is a difference of five-axis CNC machining center purchased its structural dimensions, knives, rotary table mode, the machine nationality, etc., and these machines are equipped with different national production CNC system, and then use a variety of different CAM software for CNC programming, making the five-axis CNC programming technology, there are many problems, and among the most critical technical issues exist between different three-dimensional structure of different software and CNC machine tools a link from a certain role for five-axis CNC machine tools based on certain dimensional CAM software dedicated post-processor. How to make the five-axis CNC machining technology to play its absolute advantage in the manufacturing field, to solve their machine NC post-processing software development is imminent, and one for the five-axis machine tools, machine tool structure exercise is the key to solving the motion axis. First, the article analyzes the common characteristics of three-dimensional software source files cutter and impeller three-dimensional model based CAM software tool bit source files were extracted. Then for the structural characteristics VMC850 F axis CNC machining centers, which coordinate conversion tool to establish the mathematical model and a mathematical model for the zero offset, the dynamic speed, non-linear error compensation and other issues as well as 3D tool, out through the rear NC code and Matlab data map for nonlinearity error is verified. Finally complex surface parts- triage impeller toolpath planning, and use thereafter-processing software for post-processing, through Vericut simulation software to simulate the processing and VMC850 axis CNC machining centers actual processing, from the actual impeller parts Since then processed successfully verified the effectiveness of set-processing software.
