The geometric structure of the integral impeller is relatively complicated,and the application range is relatively wide.The material is not only difficult to process,but also prone to deformation during processing,and the requirements for dimensional accuracy are relatively high.How to achieve high precision,high efficiency and high quality of the overall impeller machining is always a technical problem that needs to be solved in the manufacturing field.Therefore,this paper f'ocuses on the related technologies of the five-axis NC machining of the integral impeller from the aspects of post-processing,NC machining simulation and cutting parameter optimization,The main work is as follows:On the basis of analyzing the geometric characteristics,technical requirements and machining process difficulties of the integral impeller,the NC machining process of the impeller is planned and the NC programming is carried out based on UG,the tool path is also generated;A specific post-processing algorithm is given for the structural form of the double-turn five-axis CNC machine tool JK30 used in actual machining,the construction process of post-processing of JK30 five-axis CNC machine based on UG/Post Builder is discussed in detail,and the post-processing file is used to convert the tool position file into NC code that CNC machine tool can recognize;Based on the VERICUT environment,the NC code generated is verified by silmulation and the processing quality of impeller parts is inspected in the system,the correctness of the post-processing files created is verified in the virtual environment;The method of optimizing the cutting parameters of the Integral impeller is studied,theoretical research on cutting parameter optimization principle is done by establishing cutting parameter optimization mathematical model,using computer-aided manufacturing method to optimize cutting parameters,the cutting parameters in the constraint conditions are set,and the optimization of the impeller NC machining program is realized,and the machining efficiency is improved.Using the optimized program machine the integral impeller on JK30 five-axis NC machine tool,the surface roughness and the coordinate measuring machine were used to test the machining quality of the impeller,and the theoretical research part of the subject is verified The results show that the post-processing of the JK30 machine tool can meet the machining requirements of the impeller,further verify the correctness of the post-processing file creation,and also verify the feasibility of the cutting parameter optimization method.
