With the continuous development of printing technology and the improvement of living standards, people have put forward higher requirements for printing technology and products. Aiming at the status of the digital printing and screen printing at home and abroad, this paper puts forward creatively a new project of the combination of a digital printing and screen printing, which has higher requirements for the scheme of the platen flatness. In this paper, at the same time the platen grinding equipment were analyzed and designed. The main work of this paper is as following :(1) Analyzed the technical features of screen printing and digital printing technology, put forward a new technology of combination of. digital printing with screen printing. Screen printing technology is characterized by a rich form of printing performance, especially in the 3D three-dimensional effect printing performance excellence; digital printing technology is characterized by high precision printing patterns, printing process is convenient and fast. The technical scheme of the combination of the digital printing and screen printing was designed, and its outstanding characteristic is combination of the advantages of screen printing and digital printing, improvement of the printing efficiency, reduction of the cost of printing, also very good enriching the forms of printing, improving product quality.(2) One of the key technologies of the combination of digital printing and screen printing is to ensure the platen flatness, which has a higher requirements for the platen grinding equipment to ensure platen flatness proposed..For the platen grinding technology equipment, analyzed the domestic and foreign status of technical equipment, put forward the design scheme of plate grinding machine. The design scheme of the grinding machine was simulated by using Solidworks2014. Analyzed the movement process of grinding machine and grinding force, grinding trajectory of particles in the platen.(3) For grinding process of platen grinding machine, analyzed the stress and deformation of platen grinding with finite element method by using ANSYS15.0, obtained the stress value of the maximum stress and deformation with different positions of platen grinding. Measured the grounded plate flatness by using the measurement tools, the measurement results show that it meets the design requirements.The innovation of this paper puts forward a technical scheme of the combination of digital printing and screen printing and is of great significance to improve the quality of printing, and the platen special grinding equipment design and development, provide a reference for the related technical personnel to develop digital screen printing technology and equipment.
