The coal seam spontaneous fire is a serious threat of mine safety inproduction in our country. Which can cause gas and coal dust explosion,and major fatal accidents of casualties. The goaf float coal spontaneous combustion of the high gas mine is a problem we need to solve, which directly affects the mine safety production of working face.The universal problems of coal spontaneous combustion in coal mines in our country, one of the leading causes of spontaneous combustion of coal seam, is caused by goaf air leakage or roadway area. In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seam or harmful gas diffusion and affect production safety, often need to create a seal for the coal mine working face in roadway sealed, waste drift, loose coal, such as air leakage crack area of airtight packing, has reached the seal air leakage, easy spontaneous combustion area or harmful gas source to isolate, further ensure mine safety production. In order to solve the traditional downhole closed wall construction of large volume, high labor intensity, the late cracks formed air leakage passage, and cause the goaf float coal spontaneous combustion and other issues, put forward the underground closed wall material of high content fly ash quick constructing method; This article demonstrates the feasibility of fly ash as filling aggregate construct airtight walls; Test the seal material filling ratio and curing characteristics, it is concluded that the ratio of different cases, packing material gelation time, liquidity, such as compressive strength, eventually determine suitable for downhole closed walls to build the best proportion of fly ash filling material.Fly ash is mainly power plant with coal as the main raw material production, can be used as a new type of downhole closed packing material, and has important green environmental protection and economic benefits. Roadway seal according to the rapid filling and air leakage channel plugging, the importance of combining the domestic and foreign used in mine working face roadways airtight packing characteristics of plugging material, developed a new type of inorganic curing with fly ash as the aggregate filling material, studied the inorganic solidified fly ash filling material each component and its proportion, and the effect on the properties of materials. Results show that when the rate of aggregate in the fly ash and water is 1:4, gelling agent sodium silicate content was 4%, the curing agent of lime content is 15%, the temperature control of the slurry in 15 ~ 25 ℃, the materials of condensate faster; Better liquidity and viscosity, the compressive strength at 3 ~ 5 mpa; Is a collection of non-toxic, seal and compressive strength in the integration of new effective filling airtight, to block air leakage passage of mine building materials. In addition, the experiment developed inorganic curing the reasonable proportion of packing material will be completed underground main workload transfer to the ground, can through the ground grouting system after mixing grout filling materials in proportion mixed slurry by grouting pipe network to downhole closed, a one-time direct filling airtight reinforced seal. The packing material of fly ash can meet mine downhole closed wall construction, it has a simple proportion, wide material sources, strong operability, airtight packing of short time, low labor intensity, high airtight construction quality, etc.
