In engineering construction,concrete mixing is a very important aspect of production,china’s urbanization is speeding up, the concrete industry has been developing rapidly, thequantity of demanded concrete mixing is also increasing. With the increasing population andarising environmental pollution problems,the problem of energy waste causes to more andmore attention in society and more people called for energy conservation. Concrete mixing asa large engineering machinery and equipment,its energy waste is very serious, so the researchof concrete mixing energy is necessary.Firstly, this paper researches the power calculation formula of pneumatic conveyingsystem and screw conveyor, analyzes the structure and process of concrete mixing powderstorage and transit system based on the HLS120concrete mixing. On this basis, it analyzesand studies energy power consumption of powder storage and transit system of concretemixing station by energy saving principle in mechanical products design, through adding thepowder storage inlet and spout, it designs oval powder storage bin to reduce the energyconsumption and redesigns its related structures, and propose “energy efficiency improvementprogram of transit System (pneumatic conveying system, screw conveyor)”,“energyefficiency improvement program of storage silo”,“energy efficiency improvement program ofoverall storage and transit system”. Then it analyses “the three improvement program”, drawsthe power’s changing curve of pneumatic conveying systems and screw conveyor with newpromotional material inlet’s height and spout’s height through numerical simulation softwareMATLAB, which determines the better position of new inlet and spout of energy-savingimprovements. In end it analyzes the energy efficiency of the powder storage and transitsystem. Theoretical calculations and analysis show that: concrete mixing powder storageenergy-saving design and its structure are reasonable, the energy efficiency of powder storageand transit system based on HLS120concrete mixing station is about18%. If “energyefficiency improvement program of Storage silo” is applied and enforced, not only it candecrease more power, but also it is convenient for the installation and production of concretemixing in the mountains, and it will be an effective solution to slove this problem of theconstruction. The research of energy-saving of powder storage and transit system of concrete mixingstation provides reliable theoretical basis, feasible solutions, specific structure, relativelydetailed data and so on; The research also could be applied to other materials storage andtransit systems such as daily storage transport of grain, storage transport of ports grains andstorage transport of oil, this will have a more wider range of applications.
